HR Strategy
The HR strategy was launched 2021, called “Stavian – Happy Human Resources”. With Vision and Mission having the same action plan as this Human Resources strategy, we will redefine the concept of Human Resources (HR) to be understood by all employees as Happy Relationships. Happy Relationships is based on the 5 core values and the big 10 for an ideal employee of the Group.
